Our Funny Halloween Story

Halloween was so much fun!
This weekend we went to the Butterfly Pavilion's Bug-A-Boo!
We had lots of fun making crafts & playing with our cousins.
We got this cute picture there since we weren't able to make the pumpkin patch this year.

Monkey picked out the pumpkins and the patterns to make on them.
Goose has the monster & Monkey has the scared kid in the bed.
My little stinker!
He's the cutest little skunk ever!
Then there is Batman who was suppose to be a Ninja Turtle!
We went over to Jude's neck of the woods to let them trick or treat together and they had so much fun! Jude just cracks me up! He has such a different personality than Monkey and it was fun to watch them together. We went to maybe a full block when all of a sudden Monkey has to go potty. We were far enough away from Censie's house that we couldn't make it back there fast enough. We were at apart of the neighborhood where every house had it's light on so there were no trees that I wanted to use. So what else is there to do but ask someone to use there potty? Luckily there was a really nice lady that let us use here potty. We went to one house after that and then Monkey said he was done. Jude on the other hand was ready to keep going to get "More candy!" We were ready to keep going too but Monkey was ready to go home! Even when we asked, "You don't want to get more candy?" He responds, "No, I have enough." So we decide to just head home. Silly kid didn't want to get more candy. The good part to this? We don't have a bunch of candy around the house for Mommy to eat when she doesn't need it! I really was shocked that he was just done with only about 1/4 of his pumpkin full!

What a great Halloween we had with some very memorable times!

My Pregnancy Story with Monkey

So I have one of those crazy "I didn't know I was pregnant" stories. Yes I didn't know I was pregnant until I was pretty far along but I will get to that.  In May 2008 we picked up and moved out of state. At this time we had been completely off birth control for 2 years and nothing. We also found out when we first started trying that I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome)  which basically meant "good luck getting pregnant". We decided that we would start the adoption process if we were not pregnant by the time we were 30 so we had a few years (still do actually! Yeah God!) So we were just enjoying life in Oklahoma and enjoying the small town life. Every Sunday morning we would walk down the street and enjoy breakfast at Selena's, we'd sit on our front porch and talk with the neighbors, and visit family in town at least once a week. Starting close to October I started feeling like something was wrong with me so I went to the OU campus in Tu
