I had never heard of Spark People until my awesome neighbor talked to me about it. She thought it would be a great addition to our workout program we are starting. I'm so excited to have a wonderful Christ centered person to work out with and be accountable too! So first a little information about our workout plan. First before every workout we are praying for our strength to keep going with our plan, to keep our bodies strong, and to be able to get to a healthy weight so that we can be the woman God called us to be. Then we start our work out with no less than 5 days a week. We both have kids and other things going on that may prevent every day work outs but we would like to do everyday when possible. We will have weekly weigh in's and monthly measurements to track our progress. We are starting with the Slim in 6 DVD's and hope that they work out for us.
