Popa's Birthday

We just celebrated Popa's 60th birthday. We had a tie-dye and Hawaiian themed party! Yes I know they really don't go together but Popa loves dolphins and the oceans so we try and let him enjoy it as much as we can while living in CO. Then the tie-dye...Popa loves his tie-dye and all the grandkids think its fun to match him so we had them all wear their tie-dye shirts, yes even Goose already has one ;)

Here's Monkey and Goose watching Dino Dan while waiting for everyone to show up.
Monkey insisted that Goose sit on the couch with him but then he kept falling over on him so he wanted him off after a few minutes.

The weather was great! It wasn't super hot but it was sunny and nice.

Yep! We had to do all 60 candles! How else do you celebrate 60 years?!?!

He got them all out with one blow but then the right side re-lit without being trick candles and he had to blow them out again.

See the dolphins that are full of sugar...ya Monkey ate a dolphin and no cake!

Enjoying some great laughs and stories of past parties and fun!

The kids enjoyed some fun outside games.

We all really enjoyed celebrating my dad and all that he is to us!
He is so important in our lives and I wouldn't be who I am today without him!

WEDDING! Part 2: The Day Of

**Warning more Picture overload!** I couldn't help it! WEDDING DAY! (August 6, 2005) On our wedding day I was so excited! I got ready at my parents house and J. and the guys got ready at our house. It was so much fun to get our hair done at a long time friends  hair salon .  After that we headed over to my parents house to start getting ready.    Everyone was busy getting me ready and many people were up my dress trying to get my 'fluff' to stay up so I didn't have to hold my dress us when walking.  My dad was kicked out of the house until I was done. I wanted him to get the whole sh-a-bang when he walked in. This was interesting. I had to climb into the truck but was not allowed to step on the tailgate and I couldn't see my feet. It was so funny! It looks like we were going fast but we really weren't but that's how we got to the park.  THE CEREMONY! After all that hard work to make it so I d
