TAT: Mommy & Me

I adore my boys! I can't imagine life without them! However, there aren't too many pictures of us together because I'm always the one behind the camera. I think that is most mom's complaints ;)

I try really hard to not let myself freak out when Monkey wants to hold bugs and other things that I would never want to touch! Picture here is the praying mantis that we found while waiting for fireworks on the 4th of July.

Then there is the wanting to paint and create artful things things that always end up with a mess. But that's part of having kids and I do love watching Monkey design and create things!

And let's not forget all we go through to bring them into the world! The whole nine months of craziness (is there any other way to describe being pregnant?) and of course labor and delivery. It's all worth it to me! I would do it over and over again just to see a new face that my husband and I created together!

And then there are the great quiet moments that we all can enjoy! This is when Goose and I got to enjoy some outside time while Monkey and his cousins were playing.

And storytime before bed or in our house all day long! Monkey loves stories and I think that Goose will too! I think this is my favorite time of day because we get to cuddle up and learn. Even from fun story books we learn things.

I think that being a mom is the greatest job in the world and I would never trade it in the world for anything! Being a homemaker makes it easy for us to have Mommy and Me moments everyday some have to be intentional and many just happen!

WEDDING! Part 2: The Day Of

**Warning more Picture overload!** I couldn't help it! WEDDING DAY! (August 6, 2005) On our wedding day I was so excited! I got ready at my parents house and J. and the guys got ready at our house. It was so much fun to get our hair done at a long time friends  hair salon .  After that we headed over to my parents house to start getting ready.    Everyone was busy getting me ready and many people were up my dress trying to get my 'fluff' to stay up so I didn't have to hold my dress us when walking.  My dad was kicked out of the house until I was done. I wanted him to get the whole sh-a-bang when he walked in. This was interesting. I had to climb into the truck but was not allowed to step on the tailgate and I couldn't see my feet. It was so funny! It looks like we were going fast but we really weren't but that's how we got to the park.  THE CEREMONY! After all that hard work to make it so I d
