I've successfully completed week one of the BBM challenge! It wasn't an easy workout each day but it was worth it. I can feel that my body's changing! I'm so excited!
I ended up not eating on track all week but overall I did good so I'm giving myself grace! I was successful on most days of doing my 4 am workouts and I have to say on the days that I didn't get them in until later or at all I felt awful all day. I could hardly get anything accomplished.
This week I'm getting back on track! I'm going to stick to healthy eating! I'm going to get in my early morning workouts and I'm going to get my housework done. I'm know if I stick to the first two I will have the energy to complete the 3rd!
