Hospital Bag

So as things are getting closer and I'm getting more done on my to do list I'm still struggling with what I need to bring to the hospital with me so that I'm prepared. So far I haven't accomplished much and that's a little worry some because last Tuesday my midwife shared that I could have baby Goose by the end of this coming week. 

 In my hospital bag I have...
  • a few baby gowns for easy diaper changes
  • a few diapers just in case (I figured it was better to have them just in case on the way home or something then to not have any)
  • a pair of comfy pants for me
  • nursing bras
  • underwear
  • breast pump
  • birth plan
Yes that's it for now. Mostly because I'm still wearing the other things I have planned to pack.
  • comfy nursing tanks
  • maternity capri's to wear home
  • baby Goose's new blanket (needs to be washed)
  • book to read
  • cell phone charger
  • wallet
  • camera
OK I really thought I had a lot more on that list than I can think of right now. Please help me make sure I have everything I would need. The hospital isn't really close to the house and it will be a pain to have to drive back and forth (well for someone, not me ;).

Holiday Traditions?

I'm so excited to be co-hosting with Melissa! I have been a long time reader & finally got around to co-hosting! I can't wait to see all of your holiday traditions & I'm sure add a few to my list too! Holiday Traditions? What are those? I'm not sure we have any set up in our family. We never really had anything that we did every year growing up either. So I'm not surprised that we haven't thought about setting anything up for our kids either. I'm taking the challenge!

I'm taking the challenge and I'm going to talk about the subject many people hush about! SEX!  Normally this would be completely outside my comfort zone (truthfully not sure I will post this as I'm typing) but I figure why not?!?  Being married makes it OK to talk about! We get so much from media that maybe it's about time that more people talk about the appropriated subjects of Sex!  First, let me start off by saying I did not wait until I was married.
