My new adventure. Since the hubs has been gone it has been hard for me to decide what to cook since it is just me and the monket so this is my plan I'm going to cook one day and make a bunch of meals and freeze them so that way I can just defrost them and cook them without much motivation at the end of the day. This will also make good for when the hubby is home because we are always so busy that we tend to eat out and spend money we shouldn't because I don't have time to make full meals. This is going to be my new hobby. I went to the store and bought my first cookbook that has all freezer meals in it. I'm super excited! Hope this works out for us because it would be so much easier. I will share the recipes as I make them and if they are any good. If you are interested having more time in the evening with your family this might be the option. The cookbook I will be using and referencing is Cook For A Day Eat For A Month Frozen Assets by Deborah Taylor-Hough. Wish me luck!!!

We never really had anything that we did every year growing up either. So I'm not surprised that we haven't thought about setting anything up for our kids either. Last year we tried doing the Three Wise Men Gifts but I of course bought more than just 3 gifts. So what is the plan this year for holiday traditions in our house?
