Babysitter

So it's that time in our lives that we need a really good babysitter. My parents help out a lot but I would like to find someone that is responsible and can be in home that can help me with my crazy schedule. I just don't know how to find someone. I have reached out to my resources and still I'm struggling. I had someone that I trusted with Rex but she became unreliable. I know she's really good with Rex but I just can count on her to show up. So now what to do? I just don't know. There are places like Seekingsitters.com (which I use to work for) but they are so expensive and I have to pay more than I would like too (not that I'm cheap when it comes to paying a babysitter). Well, that's my post of the day...doesn't help me or anyone else at this point but hopefully I can figure something out soon.

Holiday Traditions?

I'm so excited to be co-hosting with Melissa! I have been a long time reader & finally got around to co-hosting! I can't wait to see all of your holiday traditions & I'm sure add a few to my list too! Holiday Traditions? What are those? I'm not sure we have any set up in our family. We never really had anything that we did every year growing up either. So I'm not surprised that we haven't thought about setting anything up for our kids either. Last year we tried doing the  Three Wise Men Gifts  but I of course bought more than just 3 gifts. So what is the plan this year for holiday traditions in our house? I'm taking the challenge!

I'm taking the challenge and I'm going to talk about the subject many people hush about! SEX!  Normally this would be completely outside my comfort zone (truthfully not sure I will post this as I'm typing) but I figure why not?!?  Being married makes it OK to talk about! We get so much from media that maybe it's about time that more people talk about the appropriated subjects of Sex!  First, let me start off by saying I did not wait until I was married.
